Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for consultation services purchased from Expelvibeactive.

1. Service Nature

Our products are consultation services, not physical goods. Once a consultation session has been delivered, the service is considered complete. Digital deliverables such as routine blueprints are provided upon session completion.

2. Cancellation Before Session

You may cancel a booked consultation at no charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide advance notice, the full session fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at our discretion by contacting us within 7 days.

5. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less notice are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of NZD $25.

6. Quarterly Review Plan

For the Quarterly Review Plan, unused monthly check-in sessions may be carried forward for up to 30 days. Refunds for unused sessions within a quarterly plan are calculated on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs before the plan period ends.

7. Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered consultation, contact us within 7 days of the session. We will review your concerns and may offer a follow-up session at no additional charge or a partial refund at our discretion.

8. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to info@expelvibeactive.world with your booking reference, session date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
